How do I join a story?

Ask the owner for their join link or 6-digit code. Opening the link on your iPhone takes you straight into the story. In the app you can also tap Join and type the code. Join codes stop working once the owner locks the story.

Why can't I see anyone else's clips?

That is the point. Stories are blind while they are open and while they are locked — you record without seeing what anyone else filmed. Everything is revealed at once when the owner shares the finished video.

How do I sign in? There's no password field.

Click is passwordless. Enter your email and we send you a sign-in link — tap it on your iPhone and you are in. You can also use Sign in with Apple. There is no password to forget or reset.

The sign-in email never arrived.

Check spam first. Links expire, so if the email is old, request a new one — you can only use the most recent link. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, email click@corpel.xyz and we will sort it out.

What's the difference between 1s and 3s?

Both produce a one-second clip. 1s records for exactly one second. 3s gives you three seconds to catch the moment and then speeds it up to one second, which is easier to aim at something unpredictable. The story always plays as one-second beats either way.

My clip says it's uploading — did it work?

Clips upload in the background, so you can keep recording on a slow connection. Uploads resume automatically if they are interrupted. If a story is locked before your upload finishes, Click offers to save the clip to your Photos so it is not lost.

Click won't let me submit a clip — it says there's no audio.

Click records audio with every clip and checks the file before accepting it, because a silent clip cannot be fixed later. This usually means another app is holding the microphone — a phone call, or a voice message. Check that Click has microphone permission in Settings → Apps → Click, end any call, then retake the clip.

Can I record while music is playing?

Yes. Click deliberately leaves other apps' music playing while you record. It only takes over the audio when you play a clip back with sound on.

How do I change my name or stamp?

Tap the profile icon in the top left of the home screen. Your display name saves as you type. Edit stamp opens the stamp editor, including where your stamp sits on your clips.

Where do finished stories go?

Every story lives on one home screen, newest first, with the clips you added to it underneath. Stories you are still recording into show a + to add another clip. Once the owner completes a story it becomes playable in place — tap it to watch the finished video, or share the whole thing or just your own clips.

How do I leave a story?

Press and hold the story heading on the home screen, then choose Leave. Clips you already submitted stay with the story owner.

How do I report a clip or something objectionable?

If you own the story, press and hold the story heading and choose Clips, then open Review, find the clip, and choose Report Clip from the menu. You can also hide any clip so it never reaches the final video.

If you are not the owner, email click@corpel.xyz with the story name and what you saw. We review reports within 24 hours and will remove content and suspend accounts where warranted.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to You → Delete Account and confirm. This removes your account, profile, clips, and the stories you own. Clips that were already composited into a finished video belonging to another person's story may remain in that video — see the Privacy Policy.
