Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CLICK* iOS app and website operated by CORPEL XYZ (“we”, “us”). By using CLICK*, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CLICK*. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at click@corpel.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to use CLICK* to upload, share, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ accounts, or misuse invite links.
Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Every click can be reported from the viewer, and any member can be blocked from a party’s People list. Blocking removes that person’s clicks from everything you see, immediately, and notifies us.
We review reports and act within 24 hours: content that breaches these terms is removed and the account that posted it is ejected. Serious or repeated breaches end the account permanently. To report something outside the app, email click@corpel.xyz.
Your content
You retain ownership of clicks and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant CORPEL XYZ a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate CLICK* — including sharing clicks and the posters made from them with other members of the relevant party.
How CLICK* works
Members film short clicks without seeing each other’s clicks until the host finishes the party and everyone gets the reveal. Anyone who has a party’s invite link can join it while it is open; the link stops working once the party is finished. Nobody deletes a party: everyone, the host included, can leave it. If the host leaves, the party goes to the member who has been in it longest, and when the last member leaves, the party and its files are deleted.
Coins
You can buy coins in the app through the App Store. One coin unlocks your own cut of one party: original quality, everyone’s clicks and photos, and your own order and hidden clicks. Apple handles the payment. If you were charged but didn’t get your coins, tap Restore in the app. Refund requests go through Apple. An unlock lasts as long as the party and your account exist. Deleting your account removes your coin balance and your unlocks.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from You → Delete Account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
Disclaimer
CLICK* is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORPEL XYZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CLICK*. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid us).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CLICK* after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
