Privacy Policy
CLICK* (“we”, “us”) is operated by CORPEL XYZ. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the CLICK* iOS app and this website, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: your email address and an account identifier. You sign in with Apple or with a sign-in link and 6-digit code sent to your email; CLICK* never stores a password. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the name and email Apple shares with us.
- Profile data: display name and your stamp settings (the mark shown on your clicks).
- Party data: the parties you are in and who hosts them, party names, each party’s invite link, click details (such as who filmed a click and when), and whether a party is finished.
- Safety records: reports you make, reports made about you, and people you block, kept so we can review reports and so blocks keep working.
- Media: the short videos you film (your clicks), including their audio. We also store still frames from a party’s clicks to draw its poster. A finished party’s video is put together on your device from those clicks; we do not upload the combined video.
- Device permissions: camera and microphone access are required to film clicks. Photo library access is requested only when you save a video or photo to your library.
- Notification token: if you allow notifications, your device’s push notification token, so we can tell you when someone joins a party or a party is finished.
- Purchase data: if you buy coins, which pack you bought, Apple’s transaction ID, your coin balance and your coin history. Apple handles the payment; we do not receive your card details.
- Usage data: a small number of in-app events (for example, when you save a party’s video, change a theme or open a notification) tied to your account, along with the app version and build. Some events also say which party they relate to. We use these to understand how CLICK* is used.
- Performance: how long everyday actions take (opening the camera, sending a click, and the like), so we can find the slow spots. Durations only, tied to your account like the other usage events.
How we use information
We use your information to provide the CLICK* service: authentication, shared parties, click storage, playing finished parties to their members, coin purchases, and delivering notifications you have opted into. We do not sell your personal information.
Where data is stored
CLICK* uses Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. Your clicks are stored in private storage buckets. Until a party is finished, the app shows your clicks only to you. Once it is finished, every current member of the party can see them.
Analytics and tracking
CLICK* does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites. The usage events described above are collected by CLICK* itself and stored with your account data.
Invite links
Every party has an invite link. Anyone who has the link can open its invite page without signing in. The page shows the party’s name, the host’s first name, how many people are in the party, a face-down poster with one card for each click, and the stamp of each member, which can include their initials. Anyone with an account who has the link can also join the party while it is open, so share it only with people you want in. The link stops working once the party is finished.
User-generated content
Clicks you send are shared with the other members of the party. Until the host finishes the party, nobody sees anyone else’s clicks in the app. The host can see who sent each click and when, but not the click itself. Finishing is the host’s action and starts the reveal for everyone. Any member can report an inappropriate click or block another member from within the app, and we review reports. Blocking someone hides their clicks from you.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from You → Delete Account in the app. Deletion also removes you from every party you are in. If you host a party that other people are still in, it goes to the member who has been in it longest.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. If you leave a party without deleting your account, your clicks stay in it. A party stays for its remaining members until the last member leaves; then the party and its files are deleted.
When you delete your account, we delete your account and profile, the clicks you sent, the files you uploaded, your notification tokens, your coin balance and history, your unlocks, your blocks and the reports you made. Some data stays after that:
- Usage events, without your account identifier. Some still say which party they relate to.
- Reports other people made about you, so we can keep a record of moderation.
- Posters of parties that continue, which may include still frames from your clicks.
- Copies other members saved to their own devices, which we cannot reach.
We may also keep data where the law requires it.
Children’s privacy
CLICK* is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
